  1. Each player on the team should purchase their own registration
  2. Add the number of mulligan’s you want to the cart
  3. If you’re interested in sponsoring a hole add that to your cart as well
  4. Check out
  5. When you’re done checking out please email your name, email, number of mulligans you paid for (limit 8 per person)
  6. Sponsors please email your name, phone number and email address
  7. Please send checks and or money orders with the registration form to the following address:

MULLIGAN: $10 each: minimum 2, maximum 8 per person

IMPORTANT: In order to be registered you must click the the Register Now button to pay for the registration AND send an email with your info to, the L-Fund Golf Tournament Chair.

If you are a single player or need  players to complete your team, please state so on the registration form so the Tournament Chair (TC) can pair them.


$50 per person (only a limited number of tickets will be available).


$250.00 per hole
