L-Fund Women’s Golf Tournament

Instructions:

  1. Using the PayPal button below purchase your registration
  2. Add the number of mulligan’s you want to the cart — 2 per person
  3. Check out
  4. When you’re done checking out please email jan.alden@L-Fund.org your name, email, team members’ names (if any) and number of mulligans you paid for (limit 2 per person)
  5. Download the registration form, fill it out and email to jan.alden@L-Fund.org or mail to:

Prices:
Early Bird rate is now permanent – $150
(we are only accommodating 100 players)
Mulligan: $10 each, 2 per player

IMPORTANT: In order to be registered you must click the PayPal “Add to Cart” button to pay for the registration AND send an email with your info to jan.alden@L-Fund.org.

If you are a single player or need players to complete your team, please state so on the registration form so the Tournament Chair (TC) can pair them.
